i have a journal. and i still write in it. i am so cool. hahaha.. i've had about twelve my whole life and i decided to start a real one last summer. i've actually kept it up. i'm surprised. i stopped for a while, but i was inspired to write more after i read bridget jones's diary. haha. i can't read my old diaries.. it's too embarrassing. :)

i had a diary once. in sixth-beginning of 7th grade. i had the biggest crush ever on brad renfro, the actor, and everyday i would write how cute he is, and every single movie i saw with him in it. FOR A WHOLE YEAR! it was so sad. i lost the sorry thing, which is sort of a relief, because there's no proof i went through that phase, except this here blog, but i could be lying.

oh wow. i was rereading my journal too. but i haven't had mine for that long... since last july? and i only wrote in it to vent and stuff. except this time, i tried writing this poem/story thing that i want to turn into a song. unfortunately, my music background is quite shaky and it's hard to make the beats in each verse match. confound it. i need a collaborator. ha ha...
and i watched 3 movies today. and if you count the old-skool batman movie i watched at 4 in the morning, that's 4 movies. holy heartbreakers! holy halloween! swoosh! zing! pow! haha.. gotta love the batcar, batcopter, batcycle, batspray, bat shark repellant, bat gas... omy... the list just goes on and on. yea, i also watched usual suspects, space balls, and snatch. man, now brad pitt is hot. ewan may have a nice voice and all.. but once brad takes his shirt off... whoo boy... hahaha. ok i should stop now.
and josh hartnett... oh man. i kinda don't like him. if you watched "here on earth," you'd know what i mean. that was the first movie i saw with him in it and i suppose it scarred me. what a horrid movie... and this was even before i became so picky with movies. gosh... bad bad movie. so i was supposed to watch black hawk down tonight... but i ended up watching space balls. apparently, it has no plot and is all shooting. so i'm glad i watched space balls instead. i suppose i'm not one of those obsessive ewan-stalkers like some people i know *cough cough* i just don't particularly enjoy war movies. and stupid love movies. man.. some writers have very limited vision and skewed perspectives. ah well. maybe it's just me...
i also feel like commenting about connie's ridiculous obsession with raving. haha.. but i will abstain from doing that. =o)

hehe, anyways. i saw ewan on extra (or access hollywood.. i don't remember) the other day when they were covering the golden globes. the guy interviewing him asked him if he was wearing eyeliner and he was like, "yeah! always! if you want to please the women, you have to wear eyeliner!" and then he smiled really big and he was so cute. you probably would have fainted, connie.. hee hee. he is awfully goodlooking. they also interviewed hugh jackman (who was up for best actor in a comedy/musical.. cool, eh? but gene hackman won. hahaha.. jackman-hackman.. hahaha) and he looked very good, too. he was with his wife and she was not was you might call gorgeous but that just shows that he looks beyond appearances and yeah. i am so obsessed. :o)

i'm not obsessed with ewan. connie is. i think he's ugly. jk! hehe, ehh...
so marlboro IS the smartest town! (besides freehold, of course :] based on the hspt scores of last year (my class!) and passing rate and stuff we're in the top 5 of monmouth/ocean counties: high tech, allied health, mast, rumson-fair haven, marlboro. and for schools with over 1500 students we're number 1 in new jersey! go marlboro =) i have such pride in my school hehe. i think it was on the front page of star-ledger. yay.
what else is new...hmm...no one blogs on my blog anymore, so i will blog on the cool blog. i have a lot of work to do this weekend. my bag was so heavy today i felt like i was getting a hemorrhage. not good. ok nothing left to say. yup.

haha ellen....i might go to the city to camp out for stand-by snl tickets on saturday- Josh hartnett !! but i also have an english paper due on monday, which i'm not even close to starting, so i have a dilemma. either spend about 20 hours in the city for tickets i most likely won't get or get some work done. actually it's not really a dilemma because doing work SHOULD be the obvious answer. hmm. non-seniors, senior year is not all that it's cracked up to be. oh well, after january it'll be ok i guess. josh hartnett !

i'll go to las vegas! sin city, aw yeah. just kidding. so, ok, my schedule in the distant future: senior year - road trip, SNL taping, spring break to somewhere. 18th bday - strip club (just because...18...um, this is sketchy), margaret cho show, all the 18+ shows i'm not able to go to now. um, that's all i can think of so far. i have a list with my friend, maybe i can get it from her. ok, i'm at school right now, and i think i'm going to go home. i want this snow to stick.

oh, and i got the moulin rouge dvd too!! woohoo! now i can watch it for the 7th time, and it will actually be clear! and i can hear them sing much more nicely too! yay! i must say i really enjoy the box and packaging design. um, yeah.

hmm, yes i have heard that we should cherish our high school days. thanks for the advice will...i will start cherishing right after midterms and i finish my 2 papers for english on oedipus and greek drama, which i have not started reading and the first paper is due on the 14th, and the second one is due the 22nd i think? so i guess after january i will enjoy high school some more! =) i actually do enjoy high school, but right now is not a fun time. "sucks to your ass-mar!" (or is it shucks?) -ralph from Lord of the Flies...which is much better than lord of the rings !!!!!

ahh stinkin pingying... you know, it usually doesn't turn out all that closely to what it really sounds like...
anyways.. it's been another year. wow.. i moved into NJ about 3 years ago from this time... i sometimes wonder what i'd be like if i never moved out of IL. strange. and zi (and connie, and any other srs out there), there is no need to rush through HS. i suggest you enjoy/cherish what little time you have left. yea, college is nice and all.. but HS is the last time you'll get to have a relatively carefree life. i suppose sr year (esp the last half) was when i really got closer with my close friends. and.. they're the only people that matter once you graduate. it's weird.. cuz i dont' even talk to or keep in touch with the guys i hung out with a lot during HS. and the few close friends that i had were the ones that helped me through the first weeks of college, even if they weren't there with me... and connie, i'll be there for more than the first weeks if you go to UIUC =oD hahaha. umm right. it's late. 4 over here... even though it'll say 7 on the blog...
yea, i suppose it's not all that interesting in cali if you dont' know anyone. kinda stinky... but i think i'm reminiscing too much... blah. i know it's hard to believe, but i still like NJ better than CA... even if the weather's a lot nicer here. BUT i kinda like winter clothes better... and snow. gosh, i want to finish learning how to snowboard! but i suppose i could pick up surfing in the summer. ah well. i should sleep, cuz i'm heading to las vegas tomorrow. woohoo.. too bad i'm not quite old enough to gamble, not that i would if i could. but, still... gambling is what las vegas is all about right? i guess that just shows how stupid ppl are... it's a guaranteed way to lose money. hehe.. so maybe i should post my "CW theory" or "guys are stupid/girls are weird theory" sometime... they're just some things i've observed in my 4 months of college so far. umm.. yeah, i think i'm starting to babble randomly... so i go sleep. byebye.

a little over 5 months till we graduate !!! actually, june doesn't really count does it? so... 5 months till we graduate !!! aaahh!! i'm saying this because it is 2002 now, and i never thought this year would come. remember 1988? that was a good year. i wish i could remember 1984 or 1985. that would rock. i am so thankful our teenage years were not spent in the 80's. yuck. worst decade ever. we graduate in a cool year, because 1991 and 2002 are the only 2 years in our lifetimes where it's a number palindrome! unless we live till 3003. ok. need to get started on my calc homework, ha. last time i did calc hw was mid- november, i believe. but you know, anti-derivatives are important. ok. catch ya on the flipside.
